I have given many Wazifas for love and to get love back, but you can also make this Dua after Farz Namaz to get your love back:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ وَحُبَّ عَمَلٍ يُقَرِّبُنِي إِلَيْكَ
Allahumma inni as’aluka hubbaka wa hubba man yuhibbuka wa hubba ‘amalin yuqarribuni ilayk.

InshaAllah this dua will help you bring love back into your life probably not immediately but will.
