No, performing a Wazifa for love marriage is not Haram because Wazifa involves reciting Ayat from the Quran and the names of Allah at specific times daily. There is no reason to consider Wazifa for love marriage as Haram. Having a relationship without Nikah is Haram, but instead of pursuing a Haram relationship, doing Wazifa for love marriage is not Haram. Marriage is a Halal act in Islam, and performing a Wazifa for love marriage is definitely Halal, as the ultimate goal is to enter a Halal relationship through Nikah. May Allah protect us from all Haram deeds. Ameen.

Yes, if a person truly loves another person and wants to have a Nikah halal marriage, then they can do Wazifa and make dua. Wazifa itself is a form of dua. Asking Allah for help to have a halal relationship is not haram. I do not see anything wrong here she should turn her relationship into a lawful marriage.
