You can say this Dua 500 times:
LA ILAHAA ILLLA ANTAA SUBHANAKA INNNI KUNTU MINAZ ZALIMEEN
After that, say 500 times:
HASBUNALLAHUU WA NEMAL WAKEEL, NEMAL MAULA WA NEMANN NASEER
