The best Wazifa for Hajat is as follows:

وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ٱدۡعُونِيٓ أَسۡتَجِبۡ لَكُمۡ

After Isha Namaz, perform 2 Rakahs of Nafal for Hajat. Then, recite this ayat 303 times, and afterward, make Dua for your Hajat. InshaAllah, Allah will fulfill your Hajat.
