To make someone talk to you, recite this Wazifa 900 times after Isha Namaz:
Wallaahu Yahdee Mai Yashaaa’u Ilaa Siraatim Mustaqeem Behaki Ya Wadoodo ( Falan ) Kalam.
وَٱللَّهُ يَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٍ بِحَقِّ يَا وَدُودُ (فَلَانَ) كَلَامٌ
Instead of ‘Falan’ or ( فَلَانَ ) say the name of the person you want to talk to.
