This is the most powerful Wazifa for the beauty of the face and skin. Do Wazu and recite the following Ayat 101 times:

فَلَمَّا رَأَيۡنَهُۥٓ أَكۡبَرۡنَهُۥ وَقَطَّعۡنَ أَيۡدِيَهُنَّ وَقُلۡنَ حَٰشَ لِلَّهِ مَا هَٰذَا بَشَرًا إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا مَلَكٞ كَرِيمٞ

Falammaa raaynahoo akbarnahoo wa qattana aydiyahunna wa qulna haasha lillaahi maa haaza basharaa; in haazaaa illaa malakun kareem

Blow on your hands and rub them on your face every day. Inshallah, your face and skin will become beautiful.

Additionally, this wazifa only works if you are truthful. If you lie, cheat, or are dishonest, it will not be effective. Always be truthful and honest, Inshallah.
